What types of transactions can I now pay online?
Any of the following transaction types can now be paid online: Sales taxes, filing and administrative fees, mowing/demolition and sanitation fees, alarm fees, parking fees, facility rental fees, sponsorships, telephone franchise fees, hotel/motel taxes, beverage fees and more transactions are coming soon.
What do I need to make a payment?
Making a payment is easy. You just need your Citizen ID and a method of payment. If you do not have your Citizen ID, you can look it up by clicking on the attached list on our website. Methods of payment include credit cards and electronic checks.
Is there a charge to make a payment online?
Yes. Credit card payments will be charged a percentage-based fee based on transaction amount and electronic checks are charged a flat fee of $2.75 per payment (not based on the payment amount).
How long do I have to wait before I can make a payment?
Once a fee is assessed to your account, there is a delay before the payment can be made online since our database updates each night. Most invoices should be available online within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does it take for my payment to be processed?
Payments should process within 2 – 3 business days.
Will I receive confirmation of my payment of an invoice?
Yes. When making a payment, you may provide your email address to receive electronic confirmation of payment.
